Ring in the New Year with First Friday Art Walk in Old Town Pocatello. Please join us for art and music in Old Town and in the Historic Warehouse District on Friday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Following Art Walk, make plans to stay in Old Town to dine at one of the delicious restaurants on the east or west side. Enjoy!
Historic Warehouse District
The Museum of Clean Gallery, 711 S. 2nd, will have a double treat this art walk featuring Annelise Blackner, with pastel drawings and Susanne Forrest with oil paintings. Refreshments will be served.
Portneuf Valley Brewing, 615 S. 1st, photographer David O’Riordan, born in Southern Ireland, will show a variety of works from his portfolio. Live music begins at 8:30 pm.
2ND Time Around, 701 S. 1st, new location to Art Walk and will be hosting Jane Guidinger, oil painter.
Westside Old Town
Enchantments, 537 N. Main, will feature William Niederhafer, world traveler who finances his travels by making and selling hand crafted leather goods.
Pocatello Co-op, 515 N. Main, will feature 2 guests: music by One Man Band, Henry Brown and performance art by Fire Spinner, Cameron Hattendorf.
Pocatello Art Center, 444 N. Main, the gallery will be themed as “All Seasons” with a reception included. Local artists will be participating in this show. .
Old Town Mercantile and Antiques, 134 N. Main, will be celebrating the New Year with featured musicians, “The Hot Flash Band.”
Cynthia Louise Boutique, 123 N. Main, will be hosting mother /daughter artists. Unique feather clutches designed by Cartier Dior and English Hair Fascinators designed by Desiree.Music by Roy Mckee.
Artist Open Studios, 315 W. Center, 3rd floor artist open studios.
Black Rail Antiques and Collectables, 318 W. Center, will be hosting loom weaving artists Becky and Robert Trigg with a loom and hand -made Rugs. Music by Robert Forest. Food and fun for everyone.
