POCATELLO – FOOD, FUN ACTIVITES, and LIVE MUSIC. The ISU Cooperative Wilderness Handicapped Outdoor Group (CW HOG) is holding its 32nd Annual PIG-OUT Saturday, September 14, 2013. Join us in a Pig Out dinner full of mouthwatering grilled pork chops, baked potatoes, corn on the cob, a Dutch oven vegetarian dish, and ice-cold beverages. Cost is: Adults (12+) $10 in advance, $12 at the park; Kids (6-11) $5 in advance, $7 at the park; Kids 5 and under are free.
Everyone is welcome to help celebrate CW HOG’s 32nd Annual Pig-Out at the Lower Ross Park Pavilion in Pocatello, Idaho. There will be fun children activities and live music featuring D & G Railroad and Sons of Bannock. Come and have some fun.
One of the first CW HOG participants, author Kyle Packer will be at the Pig Out to sell and sign his children’s book: Stare If You Dare. Kyle brings light and understanding to a topic that is often misunderstood in his first children’s book.
The proceeds from the Pig-Out benefit ISU’s CW HOG program by providing staff and volunteer training sessions, equipment, and financial support to participants who would not be able to get the experiences that CW HOG has to offer. They will benefit in challenging their personal potential to newer heights, finding their own self-confidence, self-esteem, and a lifelong memories. CW HOG and the Outdoor Adventure Center are committed to assisting with these challenges.
Pick up tickets at the Outdoor Adventure Center, Barries Ski & Sports, Sandbaggers, or at both Element Outfitters locations. For more information or questions contact Bob Ellis (CW HOG) at 282-3912 or email@example.com. We are looking forward to seeing you there.
